I will come to your home with all ingredients and equipment required to teach you how to perfectly prepare and cook a stunning beef Wellington for your dinner party.

​

We will work together for 3 hours where I will share invaluable tips and help you prepare the perfect dinner, leaving you with no washing up, a clean kitchen and ready for a perfect evening.

You will finish this Class with:

Sushi Lunch – Masterclass

Duration 2 Hours (10am – 12pm)

Are you looking for a gift for someone or want to learn a new skill with a friend and practice for your next party?

Spend two hours in the morning in your kitchen learning how to prepare fresh sushi ready to enjoy with a glass of fizz at lunchtime with friends.

​

You will learn how to:

  • Prepare the Fish.

  • Cook Sushi Rice and ensure safe storage

  • Make 3 different types of Sushi, (e. g. Maki Roll, Nigiri, Sashimi) 36 pieces in total. Make the Wasabi & Pickled Pink Ginger

  • Make the Dressings, (e. g. Ponzu)

  • Present, garnish and dress the plate artfully.

I will come to your home with all the necessary equipment and ingredients to teach you my favourite Sushi making tips.

At the end of the session at 12pm you will have created stunning homemade sushi, learned new skills and be ready for a delicious lunch.
