Chef Maximillian Green is a highly skilled chef who has worked in some of London's top fine dining restaurants. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his work, and enjoys creating inventive and exciting dishes using the best seasonal produce.

 

Trained in kitchens rather than culinary school Chef Maximillian has learned from some of the best chefs in London, using this experience to mould his own vision for creating food.

Maximillian offers a range of services, including private and corporate catering, private dining experiences and bespoke cookery classes. He has a passion for creating delicious dishes that are a perfect balance of flavour and presentation, and he always strives to provide a memorable experience for his clients.

His cooking style is modern and creative, drawing from past memories and experimenting with new flavours.

Maximillian has worked in a variety of restaurants ranging from fine dining to casual bistros and steak houses. Let him take you on a journey of flavours and experience a unique culinary experience

Chef Maximillian's cuisine is a combination of traditional flavours and modern techniques, with a focus on fresh and seasonal ingredients. By sourcing his ingredients from local markets such as Smithfield, Billingsgate and New Covent Garden Market he creates dishes that are truly unique.
